2020 PRIDE 5K/10K Run and Walk
About the Event
The race will take place on Sunday, August 30th, 2020. The Pride 5K/10K is the annual fundraising effort that sustains St. Louis Frontrunners’ year-round nonprofit endeavors. For nearly 20 years, St. Louis Frontrunners, as the local chapter of International Frontrunners, has sought to provide an outlet where lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) individuals and allies can come together under the common goal of a healthy lifestyle through running and walking.

Virtual Racer
If you are not attending STL Pride 5K/10K 2020, but would still like to participate in the event, there is a Virtual Race option available in the registration system. As a virtual racer you can run at any location. You can walk, use the treadmill, or run outside at your own pace in your own town. Registration rates are the same for the virtual racer. We will send you your shirt and race medal in the mail!

Awards
We will have awards for the overall first place finishers in the Male, Female, and Non-binary/Gender Non-Conforming categories along with top three male and female finishers in each age group. We are also awarding the top 3 finishers in the Non-binary/Gender Non-Conforming competing group.

Packet Pick-Up
Packet Pick-Up is Saturday, August 29th at Tower Grove Pride. More details to come.
Race Swag
The 2020 registration includes:
- a tech, running tank,
- bib for each participant,
- chip timing provided by Fleet Feet,
- a BRAND NEW DESIGNED finisher's medal for the first 600 5K and 200 10K runners/walkers who complete the race.
